Wanted to take the time and publicly thank Chad and Tina Ginn for allowing me to rent their building . I had many meetings with brides and other clients and did most of my design work there but also them and I together rented it out on weekends for events . I have so many great memories of seeing the building all decorated and met some nice other planner / decorators that worked there. Like I stated in previous post they will continue to rent the building out for parties and events . Spoke with Chad and asked if I could share this information . The building will be called Venue 803 and contact number for renting is 6013037201. All my friends that know everyone in town please share this information for people in the future needing a venue . Awesome little building as you all know but have to say today I am in Florida visiting with family and enjoying some much needed down time ! For all my clients thanks for the memories at the building . Rustic N Riches is still open for your wedding and event needs for planning and decorating . Have a great day everyone !

Rustic N Riches is my wedding / event planning company name so I wanted to clarify some things . That is not the name of the building I rented . Chad and Tina Ginn the owners will be giving it a name and renting it out still for events . I will put contact info in a comments and it’s name . Alot of people think it was the building name since we rented the building out for events also .

To all my clients and friends , I hope you have A Merry Christmas and awesome family time . As I am so thankful for an amazing year of business and all the new friends I have made, I am heading home to Florida to spend Christmas with my parents which I haven’t been able to do in several years . We all need to slow down sometimes , remember the reason for the season “ Happy Birthday Jesus” and cherish the time we get to spend with family . See you guys in a week . Karen

Wow , today marks a year for Rustic N Riches .
I have met many wonderful people this past year . I have done weddings and events at different venues and this building has hosted all types of events . I have decorated a lot of the events and some clients rent the building and decorate themselves or have other decorators they use . I can’t take credit for all the decor in all the pictures but wanted to post some different events that have been held . If you had an event please post a picture . As the holidays will be approaching fast give us a call or text and see what dates are still available .
