To all of my dear & cherished clients,

After four beautiful years here in Fernandina Beach it’s time to say goodbye. After capturing your most cherished moments, the time has come for Lucky Girl Photography to close its services here in the area. This includes packing & shipping my desktop, gear, & hard drives. I’ll also be ending my storage online gallery site as well.

My family is beginning a brand new chapter following my husband's upcoming Navy retirement, we’ll be relocating to Navarre Florida and with that, I’ll be stepping away from my business until further notice.

It’s been a true honor to witness your stories unfold through my lens. Your trust and support have meant the world to me, and I am endlessly grateful to have been part of your life’s milestones.

If you’ve had a session with me, please make sure to download all of your purchased images no later than July 15th. Please use your original gallery link and PIN number that was sent out after your session or event. I also kindly encourage you to back up your images on a personal device to preserve those memories for years to come.

While Lucky Girl Photography is closing locally, the joy and gratitude I feel about all you will stay with me always. Thank you for allowing me to create with you, celebrate with you, and capture the magic of your moments.

Hello again from Lucky Girl Photography 🥰

I hope this message finds you all well and in the holiday spirit!

I wanted to update everyone that I will be out of the office from December 18th through January 3rd for the holidays. We are headed to Tallahassee and Navarre Florida to spend this Christmas with our oldest daughter and extended family!

To ensure that all your photography requests and needs are met if you could kindly place your orders, selections, or other upgrades by December 17th that would be so very appreciated.

This will allow me time to process everything
and to ensure that you have your photos for holiday cards and for sharing with loved ones.

I will be back in the office January 4th so if additional time is needed please take your time.

Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support these last two years.

🎁 Holiday Mini Session Giveaway Alert! 🎁
My name is Marea Thompson of Lucky Girl Photography and I have been so blessed by this community since my family moved here in 2022. I just wanted to give a BIG heartfelt thank you to all the families and couples who have continually supported my small, women-owned business over the last two years.

As someone who grew up with limited means and resources, I understand how challenging the holidays can be for many low income families this time of year. I really would like to do something extra special this holiday season for two local families that might not usually be able to purchase this style of holiday portraits.

My biggest wish is to bring as much joy and cheer to as many families as possible before we move next Fall❤️

This will sadly be my last holiday season in the Fernandina beach area. My husband is retiring next year from the Navy after 21 years of active duty service and we will be embarking on a brand new adventure in another area, state or possibly a whole entire different country.

Giving back to this wonderful community is my way of saying thank you for making such a powerful and positive impact on myself, my family, and my small business.

The gifted minis are scheduled for November 24th 2024.

These two gifted mini sessions will include the vintage truck set with holiday decor, Fernandina Beach location, 15 minute sessions, and 10 beautifully edited photos for each family.
