Get ready to double up on the intensity with TAKE TWO ON TUESDAY - a powerhouse combo of 30-MINUTE ABS at 4:45pm followed by CARDIO KICKBOXING at 5:30pm. Taken together to torch calories, build core strength, and leave you feeling unstoppable!
