How it works
Booking your event: Upon deciding to book, we will send over a formal quote for your event as well as a contract for you to sign.

I plan amazing parties so busy, stressed moms can focus on the FUN!

Party with me at www.practicallyperfecteventsmi.com Once the contract is returned, we will collect your $100 booking deposit to hold your date. Leading up to your event: One week prior to your event, we will reach out to you to confirm theme, number of guests, package add ons

, and give you a 2 hour delivery window. We deliver and set up between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM but we will discuss a good time for us to arrive based on the type and time of your event. For over night events, pick ups will occur the next morning between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

3 days prior to your event: Balance for event must be paid in full. We will also remind you to move any furniture and clean your event space prior to set up. All furniture will need to be out of the way prior to set up for all indoor events. Please note, for liability and safety reasons, we do not move furniture and cannot set up our equipment on dirty surfaces. The Day of Event: You must be present during the set up of your event. Our team will arrive during your assigned set up window and get to work creating your event! We will need access to electrical outlets but will bring extension cords in case! *NOTE* for same day events, pick up window will be based on time of your event and will be decided prior to set up. The Day after your event: we will arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to tear down all of our equipment. Any damage will be assessed during tear down/clean up and you will be provided with proof and written documentation of any damages as well as fees incurred. These fees must be paid within 7 calendar days. If you have questions about our damage or cleaning fees, please review our contract.

Size matters... when it comes to mattresses! 😉

One of our most infrequently asked (but super important!) questions. Let's talk beds and how they fit in your space. 👇

Q: "How big ARE those mattresses?!"

A: Good question! For guests under 10, we have child-sized mattresses (approx. 3.5'x5'). For guests 10+, our twin-sized mattresses (4'x6') are the same size as a regular twin bed – meaning two make a king! Yep, they're spacious!

Q: "How many will fit in my space?"

A: This depends on your unique room and any other party activities or add-ons. Worried? Snap some photos and give Caitlin a call! She's a layout wizard and can help you plan the perfect fit. 🏡

Want to make the most of your slumber party experience?

Here are our basic rules for enjoying your tee p*e sleepover!

1) No walking, jumping, or bouncing on the air mattresses. This can cause them to pop and that ruins all the fun!

The best way to get on your bed is to sit on your bum or gently kneel then scoot into your tent. This is safest for you and your mattress!

2) No ooey, gooey, slimey, and/or sticky stuff near the tents, blankets, and pillows, please! This stuff is lots of fun but very hard to get out of fabric!

3) No pets in the tents or on the mattresses. Their claws can pop the mattresses. (trust us, we've seen it!)

4) Finally, for sleepover party fun well done, please dont move our tents from where our crew assembled them for your safety. If a tent requires repair, call Caitlin immediately for assistance!

1. Make some room! 🛋️
Think of it like clearing the dance floor for the cutest teep*es! Each one is about a twin bed size (4x6 ft).

Send us a pic if you need a quick "move this!" pointer – we're here to help (with advice, not furniture moving 😉).

2. Tidy up! 🧹
A quick vacuum and mop for sparkling floors, because our luxury gear loves a clean start!

3. Let the fun begin! 🎉
That's it! We roll in, transform your space into a dream, and then magically make it disappear the next day. Your only job? Enjoying those priceless memories!

Q: "When will my party appear?!"

A: You'll get a super important email from us 10 days before your party with all the final details, including your setup & tear down arrival windows! Just give us a quick reply to confirm it all looks good. We love a smooth plan!

Q: "What are those 'windows'?"

A: We typically set up and tear down between 10 AM and 3 PM, Friday through Sunday (weekdays by appointment!). You'll get a one-hour arrival window. Michigan construction might make us a smidge early or late, but we promise to call/text with updates!

Are you ready for one of the most epic sleepover experiences ever?!

Step 1- fill out our lead form found in our Instagram bio, Facebook, or website and select “ready to book”!
You’ll give us all the slumber party deets like date, theme, guest count, interest in add ons and any other details you want me to know!

Step 2- I’ll touch base with you to confirm the details of your sleepover and send a personalized proposal for you. In that file you can sign your contract, pay your deposit, and pay your final invoice when due all via HoneyBook!

Step 3- Once you have confirmed all the details, you will sign your contract, pay your deposit, and see your final payment due date as 7 days before your slumber party.

YOU’RE DONE!
I’ll reach out the week before your slumber party to confirm details, give your setup and tear down arrival windows, and provide you with some reminders.

Me or a crew member shows up the day of your party sets up everything and comes back the next day to tear it all down and take it away!
