Booking your event: Upon deciding to book, we will send over a formal quote for your event as well as a contract for you to sign. Once the contract is returned, we will collect your $100 booking deposit to hold your date. Leading up to your event: One week prior to your eve

nt, we will reach out to you to confirm theme, number of guests, package add ons, and give you a 2 hour delivery window. We deliver and set up between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM but we will discuss a good time for us to arrive based on the type and time of your event. For over night events, pick ups will occur the next morning between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

3 days prior to your event: Balance for event must be paid in full. We will also remind you to move any furniture and clean your event space prior to set up. All furniture will need to be out of the way prior to set up for all indoor events. Please note, for liability and safety reasons, we do not move furniture and cannot set up our equipment on dirty surfaces. Our team will arrive during your assigned set up window and get to work creating your event! We will need access to electrical outlets but will bring extension cords in case! *NOTE* for same day events, pick up window will be based on time of your event and will be decided prior to set up. The Day after your event: we will arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to tear down all of our equipment. Any damage will be assessed during tear down/clean up and you will be provided with proof and written documentation of any damages as well as fees incurred. These fees must be paid within 7 calendar days. If you have questions about our damage or cleaning fees, please review our contract.

Planning your kiddo's birthday party with little time? We've got you!

Step 1- fill out our lead form found in our Instagram bio, Facebook, or website and select “ready to book”!
You’ll give us all the slumber party deets like date, theme, guest count, interest in add ons and any other details you want me to know!

Step 2- I’ll send a personalized proposal for you. In that file you can sign your contract, pay your deposit, and pay your final invoice when due all via HoneyBook!

Step 3- sign your contract, pay your deposit, and see your final payment due date as 7 days before your slumber party.

YOU’RE DONE!
I’ll reach out the week before your slumber party to confirm details, give your setup and tear down arrival windows, and provide you with some reminders.

Me or a crew member shows up the day of your party sets up everything and comes back the next day to tear it all down and take it away!

A: Let us know ASAP! Our themes have limits and we book fast, but we can usually accommodate extra guests with notice. If maxed out, we can get creative with themes to keep it consistent!

Q: "A guest can't make it!"

A: Prior to the 7-day cutoff, we'll happily refund you! Illness? We always refund those, no questions asked, because . Within 7 days, we can swap in a fun add-on (like a balloon garland!) for the cost difference!
