1 year in our own space. 6 years in business. 🖤

A year ago, we took another HUGE leap — going from a shared kitchen and moving into a space of our own.

And wow… what a year it has been, we have been going full speed🏃‍♀️

This year- building two babies at the same time — growing my family while growing this business.

We faced challenges. We experienced a break-in. We learned hard lessons. We built a bigger team and adjusted to a whole new level of responsibility.

A lil recap-
We launched weekly meal preps.
Did some cooking classes.
Catered some of the biggest events we’ve ever done.
Returned for our 2nd year at Taste of Washington.
Worked with some incredible high-profile clients.
And turned our kitchen into a commissary space where other food businesses can build their dreams too.

What started 6 years ago has continued to evolve in ways I couldn’t have fully pictured back then.

Owning our own kitchen was scary. It was expensive. It was another huge risk.

But sometimes you have to take the chance.

Here’s to 1 year in our space, 6 years of TCG, and everything we’re still building. 🥂💕

Wedding season is beautiful and rewarding, but whew—it is not easy. Every season comes with long days, little sleep, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes tears.
