We have beautiful weddings and events to share with you; that have not “yet” been posted because we've been focused on the service part of our business and creating amazing experiences for our couples, clients and their guests. General Scope:
• Assist lead planner throughout event (and some pre-event tasks when assigned)
• Assisting with and overseeing the correct set-up/tear down of the event sites.
• Being available to guests to answer their questions and assist them.
• Assisting vendors with their set-up by being close at hand to answer questions with regards to product placement.
• 8-12 hour work days (for full event services); 6 hour work day for setup/breakdown events.

Caught me in the act of assisting a guest… they asked; “𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪-𝘧𝘪 𝘤𝘰𝘥𝘦?” I simply replied – “𝘠𝘦𝘴 𝘮𝘢’𝘢𝘮, 𝘐 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶” open up my binder and proceed to tell her. I had already obtained it from the venue the day prior during the rehearsal.

If you are ok with having an acholic option available for those guests that partake in a drink or two then do that as well, or perhaps a nice sangria. There are so many bar services options that you can chose from – but we believe having a bar allows for another social engagement opptounity within the flow of the event. The choice to serve or not serve acholic beverages at the bar is totally the choice for you as our client.
