My name is Samantha, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family and neighbors in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, who recently lost their homes and nearly everything they owned when Storm Melissa tore through their community. The storm struck with unexpected force, flooding homes, destroying roofs, and leaving many families—ours included—struggling to find safety, stability, and hope.

In just a few hours, the place my loved ones called home for generations was left unlivable. Clothes, furniture, school supplies, and cherished personal items were swept away. They are now facing the overwhelming challenge of starting over with limited resources and nowhere to return to.

We are humbly asking for support as we work to help them rebuild piece by piece. Every donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward temporary shelter, food, clothing, and eventually repairing or rebuilding their homes.
