Jessica here 👋🏻 Sappy post incoming.
As I sit here and think about what 143 Maxwell St. was when we first toured it, dreamed up a vision, got the keys, and began designing every square inch, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude that I’ve been lucky enough to watch that dream come to life.
In the year since we opened our doors, I’ve watched these walls come alive with so many of life’s special moments—from “I dos” and baby showers to birthdays, retirement parties, celebrations of life, and everything in between.
But I’ve also been lucky enough to make some of my own favorite memories here. I watched my twin girls celebrate their FIRST birthday in this space. I’ve celebrated with friends, played laser tag with my son, raised glasses, laughed until my cheeks hurt, and made memories with the people I love that will last a lifetime.
143 Maxwell has truly been a labor of love. Every detail, every decision, every late night, and every little piece of this space has a part of my heart in it. And I feel incredibly blessed to be able to share it with Fayetteville and with every person who has trusted us with their special moments.
So come raise a glass with us on Tuesday as we celebrate ONE YEAR of 143 Maxwell. 🥂
Here’s to the first year—and to many, many more years of celebrations within these walls.
