Oversee tent and inflatable deliveries/pickups in the field, maintain an orderly warehouse, develop processes for improving efficiency of warehouse operations, learn industry specific software for creating contracts and learn all company policies. Help customers in store as needed.

Applicants must have 3+ years of either management or leadership experience. Must have strong communication and leadership skills.

Must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently and be able to delegate responsibilities to others in order to complete tasks.

Must keep good records and complete paperwork as required.

Must be a quick, willing learner and a willing teacher.

Must be able to work in a range of environments, from outdoors, to vehicles, to warehouse, to front counter.

Must be able to lift up to 75lbs several times a week.

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
