Meet Kevin Grimwood, one of the familiar faces behind the bar at The Stonebreaker.

Kevin has been with us nearly from the beginning, which means he’s had a hand in shaping the kind of evenings we love most around here: unhurried, thoughtful, and made better by the person on the other side of the bar.

For Kevin, bartending is one part mixing cocktails, three parts paying attention. What does someone usually order? What are they in the mood for tonight? What might surprise them in just the right way?

That’s the part he loves most: figuring out what someone will enjoy, then making something that feels like it was meant for them.
