🌸 We’re Hiring: Floral Designer/ Customer Experience Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated floral designer to join our team at Sunshine Florist!

This is a hands-on role that combines floral design + customer service + sales, so we need someone who enjoys both creative work and talking with customers.

Job Details:
• Part-time: ~17 hours/week
• Ideal schedule: Monday–Wednesday
• Mix of floral design work + answering phones + taking customer orders + selling
• Must be comfortable using a computer and phone for orders and customer communication

Requirements:
• Experience with floral design (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Comfortable speaking with customers, handling sales, and using computers for orders
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (water buckets, flower boxes, supplies)
• Must be able to occasionally assist with deliveries if needed
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

What we’re looking for:
Someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and help customers have a great experience from order to delivery.
