Sorry folks but today has been a good day so far. I literally sold out before I could even open this morning! Thanks to a kind gentleman in desperate need of a last minute hosting event. I am extra glad that I was able to accommodate him on such a short notice I'll be cooking again today but I don't have anything left now except maybe 2 lb of brisket and from pork and beans and potato salad but as soon as I open at noon whoever wants it better come and get it. I'll start trying to cook some chicken wings here soon
