Let me introduce myself- because I have never claimed to be good at social media!

I’m Shelby, the woman behind the logo that LOVES weddings- my most favorite part is the set up- and that sounds crazy, right? I just love seeing a brides vision come to life! Now, my second favorite part is seeing the grooms face when the bride comes down the isle, but that’s everyone’s favorite I think!

I’m a full time mom to 3 precious children, married to a cattle farmer and we live on the family farm. I have a little obsession with Chug Soda Shop- if you don’t know, you need to find out!

I’m so excited to start this wedding season, and I cannot wait to see what this season brings to myself and my wonderful Brides! 💗

I’m late to sharing this beautiful day, but it’s this gorgeous bride’s birthday!

Carrie was my “work mom” for over 3 years at the hospital and while I wasn’t able to do as much for her since I was 8 months pregnant on her wedding day, I was still able to show up and help a little! Thank you Carrie & Ross for letting me be a small part in your perfect day!

Such a wonderful day! We were all stressing about the rain and where we would hold the ceremony, so Paige sent a bridesmaid to ask her future husband if they should get married under the porch or just do it in the rain- to which he replied “whatever she wants” she has this look of relief on her face and said “I knew he would say that” 💕 such a sweet kind of love! Congrats to the Austins! Oh! And did I mention the wedding party jumped in the pool at the end of the night? Swipe to see!

Today I was meeting with a soon to be bride and I shared my advice I always tell any girl I know getting married- and I thought I needed to share it with y’all!

1. Get married where you want! If it’s in your grandparents back yard, the little chapel you passed on your way home from vacation, or where your best friend got married- it’s your day- do it where you want!

2. Wear the dress you want. If you hate lace, don’t wear it. If you have your mom’s dress and want to, then go for it. Wear whatever dress you are most comfortable in and feel the most beautiful in!

3. While I think the first two pieces of advice are where your money should go- this one is big- get a good, experienced photographer that you vibe well with and has the editing style you prefer! At the end of the day- You will have memories- but I promise you that good quality photos are worth whatever it cost! It is all you have after the dust settles! - Now this in no way means the more you spend the better you get! But you will not regret hiring a professional!!!

Talk about a rainy day! But it didn’t stop us! I think once we decided we were just going with to roll with it we got this beautiful place decorated in record time! I cannot wait to share photos from this wedding! 💕
