A scenic three-hour drive through the Tennessee countryside led me to another beautiful corner of the state and one very special wedding day.

David and Amanda’s ceremony was set atop a hill overlooking the beautiful trees and meadows, while the reception was held just a short walk away in the most serene setting - a beautiful grotto surrounded by string lights, a trickling stream, and a sky full of stars!

The bride's sentimental heart and love of vintage was woven throughout the day. From treasured trinkets on the dessert table to cupcakes made from her grandmother's pound cake recipe, every detail felt meaningful.

That same vintage charm carried through to the tables with soft pink linens, floral bud vase arrangements, vintage gold flatware, mismatched glassware, and my Gold Rim Plate Collection, including several pieces dating to around 1900.

This was another full-service wedding weekend for The Elegant Eclectic, being trusted with rentals, coordination, setup, bussing and breakdown, even floral arranging, so the couple and their guests could simply enjoy the day.

The weather was beautiful, the setting was perfect, and I couldn't be happier for the new Mr. & Mrs. as they begin their next chapter together.

You know a wedding was awesome when the best man tells you it was awesome! ✨

That was William & Virginia’s day - fun, beautiful, meaningful, and one where guests did NOT want to leave early.

Months of planning with the couple and their moms came together to create the perfect day! The rustic elegant farmhouse feel included my vintage blue & white china, colored glassware and stainless flatware, plus handcrafted farm-inspired table numbers, candlelight, and abundant sunshine and wildflowers.

From heartfelt speeches by the dads, the bridal party and even the couple themselves to a father/daughter dance song specially written and recorded by the bride’s dad - every moment felt personal and memorable. Adding to the special moments - the couple was even married by the groom’s grandfather.

Such a perfect day and I wish the new Mr & Mrs every happiness in life together!

Candlelight, loads of baby’s breath, satin bows, vintage glassware, and the sweetest bride. 💜

Madi & Janson’s Brentwood wedding was a beautiful celebration filled with soft lavender and blue details layered against a soft neutral backdrop - white and tan linens, wood chargers, creamy walls, and warm wood floors that made every detail feel elegant and natural.

The church only allowed THREE hours to fully transform the fellowship hall for 155 guests, so this wedding required lots of planning and teamwork behind the scenes - but seeing the bride’s face when she walked in made every stressful moment worth it. 🤍

Such a beautiful evening celebrating David & Amanda surrounded by the natural beauty of the Cumberland Plateau. From the hilltop ceremony to the candlelit grotto reception under the stars, this wedding felt absolutely magical.

A lot can happen in 20,000 steps on a wedding day. And yes! That’s 8-10 MILES - or MORE!

Those steps come from all the behind-the-scenes moments most people never see: unloading, styling spaces, setting tables, carrying decor, adjusting tiny details, checking timelines, helping guests and vendors, bussing tables, solving last-minute problems, and keeping everything flowing as smoothly as possible throughout the day.

Just picked up these amazing new pieces my fabulous treasure hunting friend found for me (shout out to Pieces Of Me By Amanda Cochran)! Obsessed with these circa 1900 plates marketed for high society… just imagine the dinners, the dresses - all the historical moments they’ve witnessed!

And now they can be part of your history too!

And don’t even get me started on this little teapot… it’s SO cute. Thanks V for finding it!

Victoria & Letrell’s West Tennessee wedding started with some wild weather - heavy rain and strong winds - but cleared just in time for us to bring the ceremony together (but barely!).

From there, the day unfolded into something that felt relaxed, joyful, and a little bit magical. As the evening went on, we opened the doors, guests spilled out onto the patio, and the yard games and dancing brought so much fun to the celebration.

The design was soft and romantic with a touch of rustic elegance - ivory and sage linens, vintage champagne coupes, antique white chargers, and candlelight layered with whimsical bud vases and florals.

This couple was such a joy to work with. After nearly a year of planning together, it was so special to see everything come to life just as she had envisioned.

And being surrounded by cattle out on that beautiful farm venue made it all the more perfect for me. 🐄🤍

Nearly 350 guests. A packed dance floor. And a bride who never stopped smiling. 🤍🖤

This day was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and pure celebration - made even more meaningful by a love story that began with a 6th grade first date!

Fast forward years later to a stunning black and white celebration where every detail was designed to feel classic, elevated, and unforgettable… while still leaving plenty of room for fun. Absolutely LOVED Libby's vision for this day!

Some of the design + setup details I loved that brought the vision to life:

• 50 elegant black bows gracefully lining the aisle and entrance
• A dramatic bridal entrance framed by beautifully crafted custom doors built by a friend of the bride
• Custom signage I specially created, designed to complement the classic black and white aesthetic
• Classic black and white linens paired with crisp white plates and gold flatware
• Gold votives and floating candles layered with lush white florals, casting a soft, romantic glow throughout the space
• A black and white checkered dance floor, framed with playful lighting and balloons, that was filled all night long
• A stunning bridal party dressed entirely in black

It was such an honor being trusted to help bring this beautiful day together. Wishing Libby and Riley continued smiles and a lifetime of happiness!
