There’s something special about waking up at the farm this time of year - cool air drifting through the windows, mist rising over the fields, and the sound of leaves rustling outside your door.

The Wellhouse was made for mornings like these. Slow coffee by the window, a good book under a blanket, and long walks down golden paths that crunch beneath your feet. When evening falls, light the candles, pour a glass of wine, and watch the sky fade to ember behind the trees.

This is what happens when you trade screen time for farm time.

The day began slow with coffee by the fire, the soft crackle of wood, and a view of the meadow waking up. Morning yoga on the deck gave way to laughter and creativity as we gathered for fall crafting and journaling. Lunch was fresh, bright, and shared with new friends around the farm table.

Then came the afternoon rain - peaceful, steady, and just enough to make everything feel softer. Guests lingered under the porch with tea, watching the drops fall over the fields before easing into restorative Yin yoga and quiet reflection.
By evening, the skies cleared and the fire crackled once more - candles glowing, hearts full, conversation flowing.

We’re so grateful for all of our amazing retreat partners who brought their talent, heart, and creativity to the day, and to each guest who joined us, thank you for leaning into the season and making Ember & Flow everything we hoped it would be.

✨ Nature has the best décor plan. ✨

Fallen branches, wild grasses, a handful of herbs from the garden, sometimes the most beautiful details are the ones you didn’t have to buy at all. 🌿

We love using found treasures to create tablescapes that feel alive with the season, a sprig of rosemary for fragrance, a few acorns for texture, a trailing vine or berry branch as nature’s own centerpiece.

This earth-inspired design came together with our talented floral partner Emily Hansum (Sugarberry Blooms), blending the wild and the refined for our seasonal dinner and styled shoot.
