✨ We would like to officially welcome Amy Wilfong to the Eternal Events team! ✨

Amy brings over a decade of experience in the customer service field and has a genuine passion for helping families. One of the things that made us so excited to welcome her to our team is how closely her values align with everything Eternal Events was built around: keeping celebrations affordable, convenient, and enjoyable for families throughout our community and surrounding areas.

We truly believe she is the perfect addition to our team at the perfect time! 🤍

When we started Eternal Events, our goal was simple. We wanted to give families the opportunity to create incredible memories without the overwhelming price tags that can sometimes come along with planning special occasions. We wanted the process to be easy, the pricing to be transparent, and the experience to be something families could genuinely enjoy from beginning to end.

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, Eternal Events has grown more than we ever could have imagined! With that growth has come an increasing number of inquiries, reservations, and moving pieces behind the scenes. While we are beyond grateful, we also recognize that continuing to provide the level of service our customers deserve means making changes as we grow.

That is exactly why we have decided to bring on a dedicated booking agent!

Amy will be helping us manage our reservations, answer questions, coordinate availability, and make the booking process as smooth and convenient as possible. Having someone dedicated to this side of the business will allow us to stay organized, respond more efficiently, and continue giving each of our customers the attention they deserve.

We kindly ask that all customers use this number for reservations moving forward. This will help us keep everything in one place, prevent missed messages, and make sure our calendar and availability remain as accurate as possible.

While things may be changing a little behind the scenes, our mission is not changing one bit! We are still just as committed to providing affordable rentals, exceptional customer service, and memorable experiences for the families who continue to support us.

A Personal Update from Eternal Events

I wanted to let everyone know that my grandma Betty has been hospitalized and placed on hospice care as she nears the end of her life.

As the person responsible for managing all bookings, messages, and event coordination for Eternal Events, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up that my response times may be slower than usual.

All scheduled events and rentals are still moving forward as planned, but my grandma and family need to be my priority right now.

I sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and grace as I navigate this difficult time.🤍

Eternal Events is officially ready to join the festival world, y’all! 🥳🩷✨

We had our very first paid festival event at the Caledonia Apple Festival, and we seriously could not be more grateful for everyone who came out to support us! Whether you already knew us or we got the chance to meet you for the first time, we loved getting to be a small part of making your kiddos’ day a little more fun. 🥹🩷

And we’re doing it again!! 🍎➡️🎃

We’ll be back in the same area this Saturday for the Caledonia Pumpkin Festival! Come out, say hi, and bounce around with us! We can’t wait to see everyone again! ✨

With highs in the 70s, it’s perfect weather for either a bounce house OR a water inflatable! We still have plenty of availability for the weekend, but all rentals will be SELF PICKUP ONLY.

I’ll be traveling this weekend, so all orders need to be booked no later than Wednesday night so we can have everything ready to go for you!

Tomorrow!! 🥳 Eternal Events will be at Caledonia’s 2nd Annual Apple & Country Bluegrass Festival from 10 AM–4 PM!

We’re bringing four of our biggest and best inflatables, and wristbands will be just $10 for unlimited jumping all day! ✨

There’s going to be so much going on throughout the festival too with live music, food trucks, vendors, apple wagon races, a petting zoo, pony rides, contests, a car cruise, free hay wagon shuttles to Rowe Crop Farm and more!

Come out, bring the family, grab a wristband and come have some fun with us! 🩷

Eternal Events still has several inflatables available to rent this weekend, including bounce houses, water slides, dry slides, combo units, and smaller options for the little ones too!

We are already over halfway booked, but there are still some really fun options left if you’re looking for something to add to a birthday party, family get together, backyard hangout, or just a “why not make the weekend more fun?” kind of day. 😂

All of our delivery slots are full for the weekend, so remaining rentals will be SELF PICKUP ONLY from Doe Run.

Pick it up, take it home, let the kids wear themselves out, and enjoy the easiest entertainment ever. 😂
