While the ceremony is happening, we’re inside the reception space finalizing placement, adjusting details, checking linens, aligning tables, confirming every candle, every setting, every visual line.

It’s calm on the outside. Intentional on the inside.

Design isn’t just about how a room looks at the end — it’s about the sequencing. The timing. The coordination between vendors. The ability to build an entire atmosphere while protecting the flow of the day.

Nick & Angelica’s Royal Park Hotel wedding was 165 guests, two stunning spaces, intentional design in sage, burgundy, and black, and a guest experience that flowed from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception seamlessly.

From the Belgium Glass Conservatory ceremony to the Royal Grand Ballroom transformation, every transition was designed with purpose. The result? A day that felt effortless — because the logistics were handled long before guests arrived.
