Welcome to our newest member of the ADS Team, Nicole Frobel! A Connecticut native, Nicole graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Journalism. Now living in Simsbury with her husband, twin sons, three dogs, and two cats, Nicole balances a busy household with a passion for community and connection. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, solving puzzles, refinishing furniture, knitting, and spending time with her extended family.

In her first few weeks at ADS, Nicole has made a major positive impact for our clients with her organization, initiative, and communication. We are so excited to have her on our team!

Congratulations to the first recipient of the New England Women in Construction Scholarship, Sadie Murray!
Sadie is the top student in her electrical class at H.H. Ellis Tech. After graduation, she plans to work as a pre-apprentice electrician with A Reynolds Electric. At Keene State College she will major in Construction Management. Sadie is also an accomplished athlete, playing volleyball, basketball, and golf all four years of high school.
