The Hill at Shady Lane Farm offers a beautiful view of one of our hayfields as well as the trees on the outer perimeter of our forests. Additionally, we offer the Viola V.

Chris's Mint Julep Recipe

Ingredients
5 mint leaves
1 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons sugar
ice
1 1/2 ounces of bourbon

Add mint leaves, water and sugar to an old-fashioned glass. Muddle these together (muddling involves grinding with a muddler or similar cylindrical object that flat on one end, like an ice cream scoop). Fill glass with ice, add bourbon and stir. Enjoy!
