When Rig 140's performance is so strong, the operator brings in its twin.

Rig 140 has been raising the bar since joining the project in May 2024. Thanks to the crew’s dedication and sharp focus on KPIs, the results speak for themselves:

✔️ Cycle Time: Improved by 19.05%
✔️ Feet per day: Up by 12.34%
✔️ Weight to Slips (min): Reduced by 20.48%
✔️ Slip to Slip (min): Reduced by 4.06%
✔️ Weight to Weight (min): Reduced by 3.79%
✔️ Casing Running Speed (ft/hr): Increased by 14.48%
✔️ Rig Walk Time (hrs): Reduced by 16.63%

Performance like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Now, Rig 153 has joined the project to drill alongside Rig 140.

Job Summary

Perform routine maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on equipment and vehicles in our fleet. Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment and vehicles.
2. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex mechanical problems.
4. Team Collaboration: Assist technicians with equipment preparation and maintenance.
5. Inventory Management: Maintain organized inventory of parts and supplies.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience as a shop mechanic.
2. 1 year of diesel experience preferred
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Valid driver's license.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
7. Must have own tools.
