Introducing our panelists for our panel discussion Building the Future: Inspiring Girls to Explore the Trades Early! We continue to hear that we need to get to educate girls earlier about the opportunities in construction and the trades. Colleges actively engage with school counselors to reach and support prospective students – but what can be done to provide the same level of education, resources and information to girls in middle and high school about alternative career options?
