Had a great time stopping by the Designs open house this week.

It’s always inspiring to see a team so dialed in on the full guest experience. From florals to rentals to stationery, everything felt cohesive, intentional, and beautifully executed.

Spaces like this remind me how powerful it is when creative vision and seamless logistics come together.

She’s timely, kind, and an absolute bright light—and her creativity speaks volumes.

If there was ever a checkpoint, it was last night — right in the middle of a secondary flip when I heard a familiar voice say,
“Is that Ryan Stamper?”

And before I could even turn around, he followed it with,
“You still wearing them cowboy boots?”

That voice belonged to Steven Lenz — a supervisor, a mentor, and above all, a bright light.

He hails back from all those 18-hour shifts at 1-800-GOT-JUNK, where he helped build me into the 2019 Employee of the Year.

In my head, I’ll wear these boots till I die — because they’ve carried me through every season, every setback, and every success that built Stamper Event Services into what it is today.

Thank you, Steven, for the lessons, the leadership, and the light you’ve always carried.

Some bonds are built through sweat, long shifts, and good boots. 🤠
