Order here www.olive-thyme.com for pickup on Friday between 3 and 6pm at Nardin Park United Methodist Church at 29887 W. 11 Mile Rd. in FH between Orchard Lake and Middlebelt Rd. Order before 9pm Thursday to insure your favorite items or show up on Friday between 3 and 6pm or Sunday between 10am and 1pm to pickup Take and Bakes, additional extras from the menu below, and other delicious goodies!

Strawberry Mango Spring Salad – Back by popular demand! Mixed Greens and Romaine with Strawberries, Alfonso Mangos, Toasted Almonds, Slivered Red Onions, Goat’s Milk Feta, and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette.

Spring Veggies Salad - Romaine and Mixed Greens with Roasted Beets, Roasted Asparagus, Slivered Radishes, Baby Artichokes, Soft Boiled Eggs, Mixed Herbs, and Dijon Champagne Vinaigrette

Smoked Turkey Collards - We cook our Collard Greens with smoked Turkey, Onions, Garlic and house-made Chicken Stock.

Sweet Potato Bake – Seasoned scalloped Sweet Potatoes roasted with Butter and Rosemary.

Broccoli Rabe sauteed with Peppers, Onions, and Garlic – Add Sweet and Spicy Italian Sausage!

Cornbread Pudding

ENTREE

Jambalaya - Braised Chicken, Andouille Sausage & Shrimp simmered with the Holy Trinity (Onions, Celery, Green Peppers), Tomatoes and Cajun spices.

Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket is trimmed and slowly smoked over Hickory wood and charcoal for 12 hours until the perfect bark is formed. We serve our brisket sliced with no sauce. 1 lb. Brisket yields 4 - 4 oz. lunch portions, 3 - 5.3 oz. dinner portions or 2 - 8 oz. dinner portions.

Smoked Pulled Pork - We slowly smoke our seasoned pork shoulder over mesquite wood and charcoal for 12 hours until it falls off the bone. We serve our smoked pork shredded, without sauce. 1 lb. of pulled pork yields 4 - 4 oz. lunch portions, 3 - 5.3 oz. dinner portions, or 2 - 8 oz. dinner portions.
