Taj Cottage is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic and fashion-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Welcome and assist customers
Help customers select and style outfits
Provide excellent customer service
Assist with sales and checkout
Maintain merchandise and store presentation
Help with day-to-day boutique operations
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Friendly and confident personality
Strong communication skills
Interest in fashion and styling
Reliable, responsible and organized
Comfortable working directly with customers
Retail/fashion experience preferred
Knowledge of Indian fashion is a plus

There is something special about attending one of Detroit’s most iconic fashion events wearing my own designs from head to toe.

From the outfit to the shoes and accessories, every element of my look represents my design vision and the journey behind Taj Cottage

For me, fashion has always been more than what we wear. It is about identity, culture, craftsmanship and the confidence to tell your own story.

Standing on the FASH BASH runway before the show, surrounded by the incredible art and architecture of the Detroit Institute of Arts, was a beautiful reminder of how far this journey has come—and how much more there is to create.
