Flow into Fall Yoga is one week away! SWIPE → to see our mood board for the evening 🧘‍♀️🍂🧘‍♂️

Flow into the new season with Synclaire Club at our Flow into Fall Yoga event — a mindful evening of movement, wellness, and community.

All activities are first come, first served and start as soon as doors open at 5:00pm. Class starts at 6:00pm and activities will be available after class until doors close at 8:00pm.

✨ What to Expect:
• A feel-good, all levels gentle Yoga Flow with Allison of Yuj Yoga

• Social Sauna & Cold Plunge – Refresh with social sauna sessions with friends (7–10 min) and then dare to try the cold plunge (1–3 min) sessions. Swimsuits or workout tops/biker shorts required. Changing rooms available after!

• Giveaways — Outfits, bags, mats, and more (+ check out their new fall drops!)

• .thermalspa Hydration Station – Sip the “champagne of water” and learn about the power of contrast therapy

• Connection Corner — Create your own affirmation journal with
