FINALLY! We have been officially inspected and passed with flying colors at the Crome's Smoke Headquarters! What does this mean? We will be able to host smaller dinners. We plan on having steak nights and such every so often, Doing barbecue lunches and dinners every so often, I want to offer amazing sandwiches such as burgers, handmade tenderloins. We want to offer our guests excellent products and portion sizes that you dont find anywhere else. This won't be open full time like a restaurant. And the atmosphere will be a very much get up and help yourself to everything. We are starting to work on getting our liquor license, But not guranteed. We have couple more things to finish up, But plan to be able to host events of possibly up to 135 to 140 people, We are also kid friendly to possibly host birthday parties or christmas parties. We also plan on offering entertainment such as live music every so often also. We hope everyone is as excited about this as we are. More updates coming soon!

I have roughly 4.5 to 5 lbs of Beef Tri Tip ready to go, Unsliced and can vac sealed for $13/lb, will also have 2 or 3 Whole Briskets vac sealed up for grabs! They avg 5 -8lbs and cost $18/lb.
