We had the honor of catering the celebration of “Water’s Edge,” the first major retrospective of the acclaimed Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk) artist, Truman Lowe at . Lowe’s exhibition features 50 pieces of mixed media that speak to the artist’s life and background being raised in the Wisconsin woodlands. Our menu was intentionally crafted to include Native American flavors, ingredients, and iconography. We were so lucky to have a former colleague of our own Executive Pastry Chef, Nayely Molina, send a personal text congratulating us on our beautiful spread. We are so proud to be recognized by seasoned hospitality professionals who validate the hard work that our team puts forth every day. “Water’s Edge” will be on display through January 1, 2027.
