“My venue has a coordinator, so I don’t need a day-of coordinator.” 👀
We hear this ALL the time… but they’re actually two completely different roles!
Think of it like this:
🏛️ Your Venue Coordinator is there to make sure the venue runs smoothly.
🤍 Your Day-of Coordinator is there to make sure YOU and your wedding run smoothly.
We’re the ones texting your vendors, keeping your timeline on track, lining everyone up before the ceremony, fluffing your dress, bustling it after the ceremony, finding missing boutonnieres, making sure Grandma gets on the shuttle, fixing the seating chart mix-up, grabbing you a drink, and handling the million little things you never even knew happened.
Our goal? That the only thing you have to worry about is marrying your best friend. 💍✨
