We are just a couple days away gearing up for one of our favorite events of the year!! Lots of trophies to give away and door prizes!! Chinese auction will with lots of awesome prizes!! ITS A SUMMERTIME MIX of Cars, Live Music, Lots of food, ice cream, coffee, popcorn and a Craft/Vendor Show inside & outside the building & a few outdoor yardsales & fundraising raffles to come help support as well...you don’t want to miss this!!

See you Saturday!! Its going to be an amazing Weekend at the WV Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, home of the Sagebrush Round-Up Music Show. Our biggest Event of the year.

Don’t miss it.

Car & Craft Show is free for spectators & shoppers. Bring a chair to set and enjoy the band.
We would love to see your classic cars, its only $15 registration for car show participants.

Interested in being a vendor is only $35, Contact Shannon Morris Deadline for crafts/ vendors sign ups is Thursday, August 7th.

Stay late for more performances starting at 4pm as well.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Camping on site. No better place to be this Saturday. See you there!

Come out Saturday, August 9th at the Summertime Mix Craft and Car Show Event located at Sagebrush Round-up Music Hall in Fairmont and see Sherri, she is just one of my wonderful vendors that has handmade jewelry,sun catchers,wreaths,handmade wooden crafts from repurposed wood and any items that are old that we can make new again.

Come out and see Wing It Engravings LLC.. They have laser engraving wood cutting boards, wall plaques, signs as well as engraved framed mirrors and painted slate coasters.

They will be set up at the Summertime Mix Craft and Car Show Event at Sagebrush Round-up Music Hall this Saturday, August 9th. From 9am-3:30pm

We will be having The Grafton High School Entertainers 2nd Annual Tygart River Rubber Duck Race Fundraiser vendor at our Summertime Mix Craft & Car event on August 9,2025 at the Sagebrush Roundup Music Hall. All funds raised go to support the 2025-2026 cost for music, costumes, travel expenses. Support the Arts in Taylor County

Its that time of year again. This is our 5th annual summer event located at Sagebrush Round-up Music Hall in Fairmont on August 9, 2025. From 9am to 3:30pm for indoor and outdoor til 4pm.

If you would like to be a Vendor. Contact me here or My personal page Shannon Morris. 🔸️ Im the only host for the craftor and yardsaler vendors. Beware of scammers⚠️. I do not have a link for application(its too easily scammed that way). I connect personally through my email [email protected] or my personal page. And I only send application via email. Always check to make sure its me. Thank you and be safe out there from scammers.

Ill start sending applications out June 15th for vendors for indoor/outdoor setups. Its $35 a spot(spots range from 6×8 - 10x10).depends your layout...
Additional $5.00 per table or bring your own(limit 2 tables per vendor to allow some other to get 1 or 2. You can bring your 3rd table if you like) Tables are for indoor use only and are limited. First come, first serve. Can't hold til payment is in. Spaces vary on the type of set up you have. Ill do my best to make you comfortable.
My goal is make crafting affordable again. 🥰

The car show sign ups are day of.. Registration for cars is just $15! Registration begins at 11 till 1 and the show will be from 1-4. Lot of door prizes and raffles plus a Chinese auction! Food vendors and ice will be available as well!
