Meet the newest member of the ROUX CREW, Jayden Stewart. Jayden studied culinary arts in South Caroline and has gained extensive kitchen experience in numerous restaurants on the East Coast and here in Alabama. “I’m proud to be a part of the team at Rouxster, because the people I work with have the heart and grit to serve truly masterful meals, made from scratch, says Jayden. “Few things make me as happy as perfecting a dish to serve to others.” You can find Jayden in the Rouxster kitchen, adding his creative touch to our authentic Southern dishes and leading our many catering projects.

Hey, book fans! Rouxster will be at BOOK TALK at Page & Palette this Tuesday 9/9. We're selling charcuterie boards...but not your Grandma's charcuterie boards. Our special BOOK NIGHT boards are perfect to share with friends and for just $35 include:
