The fun starts at noon today! Trop Rock For Our Vets kicks off at the American Legion Post 199, Fairhope AL with the great Brent Burns, followed by the self-confessed Trop-A-Holic Bob Bob Bob BobBob Durand, and then the amazing Wes Loper. Tonight at 6:00 - Parrot Tales and their fantastic tribute to Jimmy Buffett. Sand, tiki bars, great tunes and chill vibes; what better way to spend a Saturday.

Tickets are available at the door, with all proceeds going to the American Legion building restoration fund.

What, exactly, is Trop Rock?

Well, first off (and most formally), it incorporates elements and influences of rock, reggae, country, folk, calypso, zydeco, and pop music, with themes and musical compositions inspired by an island style

We think it's a state of mind. It's putting your toes in the sand, sitting back with an ice cold beverage in your hand, smelling the sea air, and basking in the sounds of great tunes that lift your spirit and make you want to dance.
