Our Story

The Balcony on Church Street is one of the most gorgeous venues in downtown Fairhope, Alabama. If your dream of a perfect wedding, reception, or rehearsal dinner includes elegant surroundings, and impeccable service, then The Balcony is the venue for you. We are proud to offer great amenities, a large inventory of tables and Chevalier chairs, and a dedicated event team to make your day flawless. Located in the heart of downtown Fairhope, Alabama The Balcony offers a sophisticated setting as unique as you are!

Our facility is the perfect place to celebrate a host of social events, including rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, banquets, graduation parties and reunions. We’ve yet to find a party we can’t make happen.

The Balcony offers a large elegant open room with light streaming in through the panes of our beautiful ten foot tall French doors. The ballroom opens onto a New Orleans style wrap-around balcony overlooking downtown Fairhope, Alabama. Our soft off-white walls are draped with large chandeliers to add just a touch of whimsy and sparkle to complete the look.
