Figured it was time to properly reintroduce myself.

I started Kitchen Melissa because I didn’t feel good eating most “healthy” food and I knew I wasn’t the only one.

So now I make meals that actually support the body, without you having to think about it.

I wasn’t planning on doing a Cinco de Mayo menu this week…🌮

…but once I started creating it, these meals just kept happening

So I leaned in.

crispy fish tacos with creamy cilantro slaw 🌮
