Renee & Ronnie tied the knot! I was asked to coordinate a wedding for this wonderful family who I’ve had the pleasure of coordinating another wedding for two years ago. The family’s property is a cattle ranch and they have 120 acres. They made me feel right at home and were the most helpful group.

This wedding had so many small little details that made it special to them. I feel like when planning a wedding you have to make it special for you, your family and close friends because that’s who you will share your entire world with! The officiant was the grooms father and he was wonderful. He even had cowboys with shotguns ready to es**rt anyone out who objects to them getting married. It was just for fun to add to the ceremony, but it was great! My favorite line in the vows “to have and to hold, in sickness and health … through good and bad hunting seasons!” 🤣

Remember to take that moment on your special day to escape, just you and your spouse, and enjoy it! The people that truly matter will be there all day and night to celebrate with you!!!

Golf ⛳️ Theme 40th Birthday Party at

It was so fun to come up with some simple, but festive, decorations for a couple of guys who have been friends forever and who are turning 40 at the same time. I was approached by a friend, who is the wife to one of the guys, and she asked if I would be willing to help decorate. Of course I said yes! Solano Brewing is such a fun place and the wind can be a challenge, but we made it work with lots of tape! The guests were ready to “Par-tee”!!!

2023 is almost here! If you have a friend or family member getting married this year and they are in need of a day of coordinator please send them my way.

My goal for every Bride and her tribe is to be as stress free as possible on her wedding day! I will do whatever needs to be done to ensure the day goes as smooth as possible. I make sure that all wedding dreams come to life!

If you are unsure about spending the extra money on a coordinator please ask one of my brides and they will tell you that it makes your wedding day so much more enjoyable. The cutest wedding theme ever… when librarians get married the details are just adorable!!!

It was a rush to get everything together so of course I forgot to capture some of the details. Cart catalog for the guest book! Little book wedding favors. The bouquets were pages from books made into flowers! I will have to post them when I get those pictures.

I tend to forget the information about the venue and the vendors because they really do make the wedding! The property at Grace Vineyards was absolutely gorgeous!! The Dj team was ready to party and they had this awesome way that people could text in song requests. The photographer was so sweet and she had such a blast capturing the couple and their fun family.

Katie & Justin’s Marriage Blessing was so special! The couple married last year at the beautiful Sonoma Mission Inn on 7.30.2021. This year to celebrate their one year anniversary they had their marriage blessed at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. They celebrated with their closest family and friends! The decor was gorgeous and the food was so delicious!!!

Vanessa & Mike finally had their DREAM wedding in May. They had to postpone it three times due to Covid. Vanessa wanted a colorful Mexican inspired wedding and that’s what came to life on their big day!

If your looking for a country style wedding this location is the best and the owner is amazing! has a beautiful manicured ceremony site and a dream white tent! The views of Mt. Lassen are priceless.

Those who know me know that I am a very emotional person. I cry at any happy or sad moment because I empathize so much. Well let me tell you about yesterdays wedding!

The ceremony was filled with the most incredibly heart filled vows I have ever heard! Everyone shed a tear. Move forward to speeches well when the father of the bride went up and spoke from his heart it reminded me so much of my Dad speaking at my wedding. I shed more tears, but it was beautiful.

The venue is gorgeous with a colonial home on a vineyard in Suisun Valley. The food was delicious and the bar was busy every second of the wedding! The desserts just melted in your mouth! It was a special night for the DJ who was celebrating his last wedding after a 30 year career in productions and he knew what he was doing because the dance floor was overflowing with people at all times!!!
