What a weekend! We had the honor of catering high school Senior night, a wedding, and a graduation party. It was busy but our hearts are full. ❤️

Congratulations to all of the Class of 2026 graduates—what an exciting milestone and a bright future ahead. 🎓🌟

And a special shout-out to Brody Davidson, Winslow High School’s valedictorian. We’ve had the privilege of watching you grow up, and seeing all of your hard work pay off has been something truly special. We couldn’t be more proud of you!✨💙

Our only public event of the season is officially in the books — and WOW. We. Got. Smoked!🔥

We knew it would be busy. We did not expect a line wrapping into the parking lot and nonstop orders until we sold out in less than 5 hours. 😳 To everyone who stuck it out with us, thank you. Truly. Your patience, kindness, and support meant everything while our crew worked as fast as smoke and fire would allow. ❤️

BBQ isn’t fast food — and through the chaos, we kept doing what we always do: serving fresh, smoked barbecue the right way. We appreciate every single person who showed up, waited in line, grabbed food, and cheered us on. You all are the reason we do this. 🔥🐶

Huge shoutout to Sean, Jess, and Paige for keeping the wheels turning and being steady hands through the day! We couldn’t have done it without you.

And thank you to Grateful Grain Brewing Company for having us — we’re grateful to have been part of such an incredible event and community.

Safe to say… we got sweaty, we got smoky, we got salty. 🔥

Love is in the air, but so is the smell of smoke 💍🔥

Wedding season has officially kicked off with full bellies, happy customers, and Sean making sure Derek stays in line 😅🥊

This weekend was extra special because it wasn’t just the first event of the year, it was the first event that we have done since taking over Salty Dog 🐶 (although, who are we kidding? Sean is still in charge! 🤣). Huge thank you to Sean for showing Derek the ropes and helping us kick things off the right way! 🤝

From smoked brisket to cowboy beans and all the hot mess in between, we had an absolute blast being a part of such a beautiful day. It’s safe to say we’re officially fired up for the season! 🔥

Congratulations again to the bride and groom, and thank you for saying “yes” so your guests could say “yes” to seconds! 💍🔥🥂
