My name is Christie and I'm the owner, baker, designer, decorator, delivery girl and clean up crew of Foozle Cakes! One is to proceed clumsily. If you know me, you know this is a very accurate description. Foozle can also mean "everything and nothing". Very Zen, don't you think?

Cake 2 for the week, (accidentally)huge ice cream dirt bike cake for a brand new 10 yr old! I've never made an ice cream cake before, so this was a fun challenge.
