Exciting news! We are excited to be working with Frosty Feet Running Company and playing a larger role in the half marathon. We are also thrilled Hoodoo will remain involved as a sponsor and beer garden host. More soon!
After 10 incredible years… we’re passing the torch.
The HooDoo Half Marathon has been such a special part of our Fairbanks community, and we’re so grateful for everyone who has run, volunteered, cheered, and celebrated with us over the years. Thank you.
As we look ahead, we’ve made the decision to step back from hosting the race, but we’re very excited about what comes next.
We’re stoked to share that our longtime Race Director, Stacy, will be taking the reins and continuing the tradition under her business, Frosty Feet Running Company. The race will continue as the Frosty Feet Half Marathon.
Here’s what you can expect:
• Race Day: October 3, 2026
• A new route (final details coming soon!)
• A HooDoo biergarten at the finish
