 but your “do NOT plays” might matter even more.

After performing 1,000+ weddings, one thing we’ve learned is this: every couple has completely different tastes in music — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Just because a song is “popular” or “traditional” doesn’t mean it belongs at YOUR wedding. The music should reflect your personalities, your vibe, and the atmosphere you want your guests to experience.

Be selfish when it comes to the soundtrack of your wedding day. If there’s a song, artist, or dance that makes you cringe
 tell your DJ. Knowing what you don’t want played helps create a dance floor that feels authentic to you as a couple.

Of course, the must-play list is important too — those are the songs that create memories. But the do-not-play list is what helps avoid the moments that take you out of them. 🎧💍

At the end of the day, there are no “bad songs” — just songs that may not fit your wedding. *This is real data from the procedure forms our clients filled out over the years. Thanks to all the couples who trusted us with their big day!
