✨ If you want the experience we’re known for, you need our venue and our team. Your wedding day location will be one of the most important pieces in the planning puzzle. The venue will set the tone and feel for the entire day. The venue should let your style shine through and facilitate the wedding day of your dreams. If you are looking for a tailored ceremony and personalized celebration that focuses on your love for one another then you are looking for Emerson Fields. Emerson Fields event and wedding venue is located south of Macon, MO on 34 acres with direct access to Highway 63. We are focused on executing your unique event vision in our scenic space and allowing you and guests to feel right at home. On our property we are constructing a timeless, two-story, custom-built event space with all the modern amenities. We have a serene, outdoor space nestled among mature trees with a lake nearby that will provide a unique area for couples to exchange vows. Our open air patios with cozy spaces will be perfect for the overflow of a large reception, a company picnic or a family reunion. VENUE HIGHLIGHTS:

Jamie and Zach did it right! They planned it in about five months time, they were surrounded by all of their favorite people, but they took some quiet time just to be present and grateful for it all.

I'm telling you right now, you will NEVER experience this exact feeling again. It's indescribable. It will bring tears to your eyes, and the memory will live in your heart & mind forever.

And here's where I'm going to get a little bossy.

Do not trust just any wedding venue and coordinating team with moments like these.

The last thing you should be thinking about is whether the DJ has the right song cued up, who's rounding up the wedding party, or whether everyone knows where they're supposed to be.

Cocktail hour should not feel like a part of the wedding your guests have to endure while you take photos.

At Emerson Fields, it’s one of the best parts of the day.

You’re by the lake. Drinks are flowing. Appetizers are out. People are catching up, exploring the property, and actually enjoying themselves.

And here’s the part some couples forget: your guests’ experience matters. When they’re comfortable, fed, entertained, and not wondering what happens next, the whole wedding feels better. Plus, they'll talk about your wedding for years because they loved the experience so much!

Part One: Our weekend packages.

A peek into a SIGNATURE WEEKEND...

For couples who want us involved in creating the wedding with them, not just guiding and executing their plans.

For Kristin & Tony, the deciding factors were:
"Amazing owners! Everything in one place, being able to have the venue the whole weekend and stay on location, someone to spearhead every aspect since we have such busy schedules!"

Our Partial Planning team works alongside you throughout the process. We'll help develop the design and overall aesthetic, guide the details, communicate with key vendors, and meet with you regularly as everything comes together.

The couple added, "We felt like the whole team was family! The whole team was amazing! We got to enjoy our rehearsal and wedding without having to worry about anything that weekend! We got to fully be present with our family and friends!"

This is our highest level of planning, design, and hands-on support, and we have very limited availability for this package next year.
