Island Craft Fairs & Events is locally owned and operated by a small business owner who has been doing craft fairs and shows for 19 years. We’ve tried having our own website, selling on etsy/facebook/instagram, doing craft fairs, trade shows, and even tried the swap meet once! Until we realized that our blood sweat and tears going into our product should not be discounted or haggled down to a price that is not justified. With this extensive background as a vendor, we have experience in what the vendor looks for at a craft fair, and what a shopper looks for as well.
Island Craft Fairs & Events has a vision to bring together shoppers and local artisans to support local and buy local. We understand that not all artisans are financially able to open a kiosk or storefront and have minimal ways to showcase what passion and hard work go into their craft. We aim to help them be recognized while also giving back to the local community. Each event promoted by Island craft fairs and events will honor a different local charity. A portion of our proceeds as a promoter will go toward them.
Our events will feature giveaways for both the shoppers and the vendors as a thank you for their support. We hope to implement entertainment at certain venues if space permits.
