I am excited and ready for the Build-A-Blaster Workshop 103 today. The most nerve-wracking part is the run-through— taking a kit and putting it together for the first time.

As usual, the design by GencoMegawerks design by is ingenious. It’s basically like building a Lego set, except this Lego set launches darts and is perfect for an organized blaster battle.

The Workshop 103 blaster kit is special. We reshell a regular single shot X-Shot Micro 2.0 and reshell it into something improbable— a dual-action magazine-fed compact springer. Performance is ridiculously good. After finishing watching the Starblazers 2199 and 2202 series, I’m calling this blaster the Yamato.

The Annual MyndGames Nerf Holiday Party is NOT your typical Holiday Party.

Sun., Dec. 21, Noon—5:00PM
Everett Boys & Girls Club, 2316 12th St, Everett
At this party, we deck the halls with darts!
-Fun, safe and family-friendly game modes
- Bring your own blaster (limited supply of loaner blasters provided)
- 130 Feet per second cap (recommended 110-125 FPS)
- Recommended ages 8&Up
- Darts, eye protection and face masks provided
- Trained facilitation staff
- Side quests for prizes
This year, join us for a White Elephant Gift Exchange from 2:30-3:30PM. To participate, bring your own wrapped nerf-related gift (blaster, pack of darts, blaster charms, target, etc.) up to a $10 value. Gifts may be gently used, but must be in working condition.
Or, let Planet Mynd select your gift. For $3, we will choose and wrap one of our gently used blasters at random, assign it a number, and allow you to participate.
No steals allowed. Mutual trades are allowed, and we will have a limited number of gifts you can trade at our Side Quest station.

Doors open at Noon for registration and blaster testing. Safety and Rules Briefing at 12:30PM. Games start promptly at 1PM.
