The Woman’s Club of Evanston is an ideal setting for special occasions including weddings, conferences, non-profit galas, and much more. Our historic Clubhouse, built in 1912, exudes warmth and timeless elegance. Its classic architecture includes a black and white marble entrance and a double staircase leading to the dramatic Grand Ballroom. On the first floor, the lovely Tea Room with sparkling c
handeliers flows into the Music Room with one of our grand pianos. The Sun Porch can be used as a wedding suite or additional seating during cocktail hour, providing multiple settings for your friends and family to enjoy throughout the day. The second floor Grand Ballroom dazzles with a gorgeous original floor and tall arched ceiling. A full stage showcases your band or DJ. The venue has been thoughtfully modernized to include an elevator and wheelchair accessible ramps and restrooms. The gorgeously remodeled, spacious restrooms on each floor are All-Gender. The Woman’s Club hosts only one event at a time so yours will be our sole focus. Select a caterer from our broad selection of preferred professionals with various price ranges. Our caterers are familiar with the Clubhouse, assuring your event will run smoothly. Dinnerware, tables, chairs and other equipment are included in your rental. You may purchase your own alcoholic beverages with no corkage fees and unopened bottles can usually be returned to the vendor. All beverages must be served by licensed bartenders. Parking for your guests is easy! There is abundant and reasonably priced parking available across the street and we are located just blocks from the Metra and CTA.
