Meet nandina or "heavenly bamboo," the gorgeous autumn foliage that has stunning colors from deep red and orange to gold and green. Every time we get it in-store in the fall we shriek with joy!

Placed on the edges of a bouquet or as a dancing filler in a vased arrangement it helps bring a touch of fall without being too heavy-handed in the traditional "red, orange, yellow" department.

Filled with a garden-inspired collection of ranunculus, hydrangeas, roses, dahlias, lisianthus, and yes... even a handful of peonies(!!), every floral detail from the bridal party flowers to the grand two-tier floral chandelier was truly picture-perfect.

🪅 Dahlias are native to Mexico and were declared the country's national flower in 1963.

🧬 Dahlias have eight sets of chromosomes instead of flowers' traditional two—so there are TONS of size and shape variations from petite "honeycomb" varieties to huge "dinner plate" varieties!

🫐 There is no such thing as a true blue or black dahlia. Flowers that appear "black" are actually a very dark burgundy. They make for AWESOME bouquet stars in goth or moody bouquets.
