AUDITIONS ARE NOW OPEN! We are now casting PAID roles for the TENNESSEE WILLIAMS Classic Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. In person and virtual submissions accepted.

Character Breakdown:
Maggie (Maggie the Cat): A young, attractive, and determined woman in her 20s-40s, Maggie is Brick's wife, struggling to win back his love.
Brick: A handsome former athlete in his 20s-40s, now an alcoholic due to the loss of his friend.
Big Daddy: A powerful, authoritarian man in his 50s-70s, the family patriarch who is battling a terminal illness.
Big Mama: Big Daddy's wife, in her 50s-70s, who is domineering but also sincere and devoted.
Gooper: Big Daddy and Big Mama's older son, a lawyer in his 30s-40s, who is resentful and ambitious.
Mae (Sister Woman): Gooper's wife, in her 30s, who is manipulative and greedy.
Reverend Tooker: A tactless, opportunistic, and hypocritical character.
Doctor Baugh: A discreet and timid doctor.
Children: 3-4 children, aged 6-12, who are wild and mischievous.

What we need to see... For in person OR video submissions please submit the form on our website including theatrical resume (if you have one), headshot (or selfie) and a monologue of 1 minute or less in the style of Classic American Theatre. Monologues of Tennesee Williams works are highly encouraged. However, a dramatic monologue will suffice.

In person auditions and callbacks will consist of cold reads/sides from the script.
