Some new pastas that are dropping on our new menu tonight.

First off we have Bucatini Puttanesca- spicy arrabbiata, anchovies, kalamatas, capers, parsley, parmesan.

Second is Wild Mushroom Paperdelle- market mushrooms, mushroom puree, parmesan foam, sorrel, pea shoots.

And lastly we have Baked Ziti Bolognese- snake river farms American wagyu, parmesan, provolone, market herbs.

Some of our specials this weekend.

First we have a steelhead tartare with avocado mousse umami crumble, wonton chips, togarashi, and little river farm micro greens.

For an entree we have Surf & Turf. This comes with crispy pork belly, seared scallops, parsnip puree and mixed green salad tossed with a brown butter vinaigrette.

We have some exciting news here at 511. We want to welcome our new chef Ryan Clair to the restaurant. Chef Ryan has spent the last few years cooking in kitchens in New York City and Florida and is now returning to Humboldt to showcase his creative techniques here at 511. Ryan is going to bring a new sense of creativity and professionalism to our kitchen and we are so excited to have him join our team. To facilitate this new chapter we will be closed from April 14th-18th to perform some routine maintenance on the restaurant and allow Ryan and our staff to reopen with a renewed sense of focus. We'll be adding some new creative and delicious items to the menu alongside the dishes you've enjoyed over the years. The Pearl Lounge will be open this Friday and Saturday for all of you looking to relax with one of our house cocktails, a local pint or glass of wine. We sincerely appreciate your support throughout the years and look forward to celebrating this new chapter of 511 with you. Cheers!
