What a colorful Valentines wedding we had in Hot Springs, Arkansas this weekend. Loved creating this fun ombré effect with conversation heart vibes. ❤️🩷💜🧡
The warehouse at The Hamp Williams Building in downtown Hot Springs, was the perfect place. Thank you Susie for all your help in making this possible and being there for us!
The Happy Camper with RBS Photo Booth, was a hit and so dang cute in the room. The sweetest people ever!
Kudos to the hubs for working so hard on this sweetheart table backdrop of ombré tulle, roses and carnations. It was gorgeous.
Cannot wait to see all the professional pictures. These are just some we captured with the help of our dear friend Suzanne Cearley. Whom we couldn’t miss the chance of seeing while in central Arkansas.
The food was fantastic and beautifully displayed by Andrea and her awesome staff Catering Temptations
Can’t say enough about the fun staff of Turner Bartending, Lucas you all did an amazing job.
Relationships made in this business become lifetime friendships and we are so grateful to all of the great vendors this time around too.

Thank you, Claire and Treyton, for this awesome opportunity to bring your dream day into a reality at the iconic 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa in Eureka Springs. I love French toile and when you told me that some of your bridesmaids would be wearing it, I incorporated it into the design plan. From florals to linens, your soft gorgeous spring color palette was stunning in every aspect of your event. Your dog on your cake.... priceless. 😍

The Crystal Ballroom 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa, room was so romantic and embodied a rich color palette for all to enjoy. Every detail was thought out to create a magical day for this special couple.
The cake was so stunning with a cascade of black butterflies, created by StelBell Sweets of Eureka Springs.

Part two of Aubrey and Tanner's wedding. The colors were enchanting in the Crystal Ballroom 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa with dreamy soft blue, sage green and pops of peach and cream, in the florals and linens. This curated an elegant atmosphere for the guests to enjoy. Her love of candlelight was not only beautiful, but it also ended up being our source of light after the storm. *See last pic of ceiling lighting as well.

Thank you, Aubrey and Tanner, for sharing your most memorable day and experience with us. As if your family isn't already unforgettable, now we have even more reasons to love you. KIPA!!! *See previous post if you missed it. 😉

Now this is a story, let me tell you. With grateful hearts, we had the privilege of being chosen for Aubrey and Tanners wedding, because we were highly recommended by her uncle, whom we had the honor of planning his wedding in Eureka Springs at the Crescent Hotel. *That was quite a party, complete with a "catwalk" and I had fun on it too! 😉
That's just half of the story...Many of you remember the storms in this area during Memorial Day weekend of 2024. Well, this day started out beautiful. I no more than got everyone in Thorncrown Chapel, drove to the 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa to put the final touches together at the reception and as I was placing the flowers on the gorgeous cake by Rick's Bakery, the wind picked up, hail was coming down and the windows started to shatter glass into the room. We quickly pulled the cake table away from the windows and waited out the storm. Little did I know that there were trees down and every entrance/exit to the hotel was blocked and my bride and groom and their guests were unable to get to the reception for at least an hour. 😲 luckily, everyone was fine and did indeed make it to the reception, but without power in the hotel.
This bride and groom though, didn't miss a beat. Just like the initials on the bride's tattoo and on their cake, "KIPA" (Keep it positive always), something her dear grandfather always said, they Rocked It. You two are my ROCK STARS! 😍
Big shout out to the staff 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa for making it happen even though we had limitations. Timbo Promotions Mobile DJ for rolling with it and somehow finding an outlet that worked enough to provide the music for the event.
