McKenzie Catering Food Truck We are McKenzie Catering, a complete licensed commercial kitchen on wheels. She brings her experience to this fun new business!

Gina, the owner, worked for 20 years as the catering manager of Oregon Electric Station restaurant in Eugene. We are available for event concession and on-site caterings. We have: 36" flat top grill, char-broiler, two deep fryers, an oven, a freezer, a fridge, and all required sanitary code items. Although not required for mobile kitchen in Oregon, we also have a full fire suppression system built

into our hood. We can run everything on a single 110v plug-in, or we can be completely self contained with our on-board generator. WE HAVE SATELLITE TV, so you will never have to miss your big sporting events again! Please drop us a line here on FaceBook or give us all call to discuss your catering needs!
