ly "Gill") migrated to Trinidad and Tobago where she acquired her culinary education and mastery of the regional cuisine before moving to Eugene, Oregon in 2000. After cooking several years at the award winning restaurants "Ring of Fire" and "Lucky Noodle", she decided to share her talent, recipes and love for cooking with others.
