A $100 refundable security deposit is required. This will be refunded within 24 hours if The Lodge is left as you found it. (ex: furniture in it's original place, trash taken out, any large/unusual messes cleaned up, no items missing). COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES:
* Fully furnished space with 8 ft buffet, 5 ft desert table and drink cart
* Bluetooth, BOSE speakers that pair with your phone or ipad
* Projector screen (available for rent)
* Ample parking on Main Street
* Preparation kitchen - full size fridge & microwave

* Garbage cans and trash bags are provided

Hello friends! Just an update on the status of The Lodge on Main . The owners have decided to sell the entire building, but fear not! The Lodge will continue as is with Julia and Andrew still running the business. So, continue to book those celebrations!!

Monday thru Thursday: $55/hour with no minimum number of hours.
There is a $50 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: $55/hour with a 3 hour minimum. There is a $50 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Full Day Rate: $600 all day rate with a $200 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Holiday & Prime Rates: New Years Eve, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, May weekends
$450 flat fee from 10 am to 4 pm
$450 flat fee from 6 pm to midnight
(additional hours can be purchased at $40/hour)
$200 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
