“The Lodge” is a 1891 neoclassical, 2,000 sq ft. venue that got its name from it’s previous occupants - The Eudora chapter of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons -who purchased the building in 1938 for $800. This fraternal organization operated under the name of “Eudora Lodge #83”.
This historical, industrial space gives you a beautiful canvas to create your own event. The venue comes furnished with tables and chairs, along with other complimentary amenities. Occupancy is up to 100 depending on table configuration. We offer a gorgeous, stress-free and affordable space to use for many types of events. Bring in your own decor and personalize it however you'd like. Call today to schedule your next amazing event! Graduation or anniversary parties, holiday dinners or reunions, kids or milestone birthday parties, networking meetings, bridal or baby showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions and so much more. RATES Monday thru Thursday: $55/hour with no minimum number of hours. There is a $50 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: $55/hour with a 3 hour minimum. There is a $50 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Full Day Rate: $600 all day rate with a $200 reservation down payment (applied to total) to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
