Wonderful wedding Saturday night celebrating Kyler and Kiva with 233 guests at an amazing home in Alpine.
My team and I loved serving this beautiful family.
Apps:
- buttermilk marinated fried chicken skewers with lemon aioli
- creamy tomato basil bisque with mini grilled cheese sandwiches
- deviled eggs with bacon jam
- charcuterie platter
- fresh fried tortilla chips with queso trio: salsa queso, chile con carne queso and spicy green Chile queso

Main buffet:
- cowboy Cobb salad with romaine, fresh thousand Island dressing, black pepper bacon, cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg, marinated tomatoes and focaccia croutons
- barbecue chicken salad with romaine, black bean corn salsa, roasted chicken, barbecue ranch and crispy onions
- roasted potato wedges
- balsamic marinated roasted seasonal vegetables
- classic macaroni and cheese with garlic breadcrumbs
- rolls and focaccia
- seared chicken with pesto cream sauce and tomato bruschetta topping
- grilled filet mignon with handmade Worcestershire sauce

Full service amazing wedding for 200 guests last night in swan valley. The Bride's grandparents hosted the event at their amazing home on the snake River. Congratulations Emma and Myers!
We did a full beverage setup, passed hors d'oeuvres, fantastic buffet, lovely desserts, wonderful wedding cake.

Wonderful Italian dinner for a corporate client last week.
Eleven guests enjoyed a family style feast.
We love our repeat clients!!
Menu:
- fresh strawberry lemonade
- baby Bell peppers stuffed with Italian sausage and melted mozzarella
- green leaf salad with roasted walnuts, gorgonzola, Rosemary grilled chicken breast and honey balsamic vinaigrette
- fresh focaccia and rolls
- baked ziti with pesto ricotta and burratta cheese
- classic steak braciole in red wine marinara sauce
- ricotta cheesecake with chocolate ganache

Wonderful wedding Monday night with 38 guests at the Heiner Barn.
Excellent seated/plated menu (but so busy we didn't get too many photos).
Appetizers :
- roasted red pepper and Parmesan cream on baguette
- baby tomato and baby mozzarella skewers with balsamic glaze
- classic Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan and fresh made Caesar dressing
- filet mignon with green peppercorn sauce, Parmesan potato gratin, asparagus with Italian sofrito
Fantastic comments by the bride and groom and many people attending.
We'd love to serve you. Our calendar is booking into 2027 and 2028.
