Wonderful family celebration July 5th for a lovely client. This was our fourth year serving them. All gluten free and so tasty!
Always a pleasure to cook for fun people!
Menu:
-Wyoming Huckleberry lemoncello cocktail (host had lemoncello from Italy! Amazing!)
- gluten free friend chicken skewers with lemon aioli
- deviled eggs with bacon jam
- cowboy Cobb salad with black pepper bacon, sharp cheddar, hard cooked egg, fresh thousand Island dressing and green onions
- grilled filet mignon with caramelized onion cream sauce, twice baked potato, balsamic marinated asparagus
- classic vanilla bean creme brulee and chocolate covered strawberries

Mini wedding reception at the wedding tree Thursday June 19th for a lovely couple from Tennessee. Peyton was a beautiful bride!
Forty four guests enjoyed a lovely charcuterie spread and their special chilled wine from Tennessee.
When you see these lovely photos know that it takes our whole team to make it happen. Jill cut every single piece of cheese, Gracie folded every salami, Hailee skewered all the fruit, Zoey and Ethan packed out all the equipment. Alana worked on a major pack out for tomorrow. Every member of our team works all the jobs and does fantastic. That's why we're able to do high level events. I'm so thankful for everyone on the Artisan Chef team!

Tasting today for a bride and groom 2026 wedding. Yes, we are busy booking 2026 weddings. Premium dates will go quickly.
A tasting is when you set an appointment with a Chef to try their food and decide if they are a good fit for your reception. Does every couple do a tasting? Most don't. We do charge for tastings and suggest trying three menu items. Chickadee Cafe in Star Valley Community Center is a lovely comfortable cozy space for a tasting. This couple loved everything and is having their wedding at Diamond Cross Ranch outside Jackson WY.

1 year ago today. I love these memories that pop up. Especially when there 2 events we'll be dining again soon.
Your events and special occasions are so important in your life. What if you could host them at an amazing location with super good food and service? Consider Chickadee Cafe at Star Valley Community Center. You can rent the whole room with Artisan Chef catering and service. Man, I bet you'll miss cleaning the house, bathrooms, taking out the multiple rounds of trash, making sure there's enough plates, refilling beverages, etc.... Heck no!! Host at Chickadee Cafe and we take care of all those pesky details! Calendar dates into December and 2026 booking now!

Bob's 60th birthday party last night at Diamond Cross Ranch outside Jackson, WY.... Amazing comments from guests and diamond cross ranch staff about how delicious all of the food was.
Thanks so much to all Artisan Chef staff who did a phenomenal job at this event!
Menu:
- classic Caesar salad with Romaine, freshly made Caesar dressing, focaccia croutons and shaved Parmesan
- harvest salad with dried cranberries, white cheddar, candied pecans and white balsamic vinaigrette
- fresh rolls and Julia's homemade focaccia
- Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
- classic four cheese Mac and cheese
- balsamic marinated grilled vegetable platter
- seared pork tenderloin with honey, Dijon, Cherry sauce
- seared chicken breast with pesto cream and balsamic basil tomatoes

Casual corporate event Wednesday night in Alpine.
Guests dined outside to enjoy the great evening.
Mexican menu:
- coconut and fresh pineapple agua fresca
- strawberry rhubarb lemonade (rhubarb fresh from Alana's garden)
- fresh fried tortilla chips with salsa fresca and guacamole
- Spanish salad with Romaine and mixed greens, pumpkin seeds, queso fresco, sweet peppers, grilled white corn, roasted poblano peppers, avocado lime dressing and tortilla strips
- pork carnitas with fresh guajillo sauce
- Black beans with cumin
- cilantro lime rice
- lime margarita cheesecake mousse with orange polvorones cookie

Fine dining event for 10 guests Tuesday night in Alpine at an amazing property. Corporate client has hosted 10 events with us and we love working with them. Entertaining is a great way to do business. Dining with people when the food and service are great builds relationships and depends existing ones.
Menu:
- marionberry lemonade
- Italian sausage stuffed baby bell peppers
- Greenleaf salad with Gorgonzola, toasted pecans, fresh basil, Rosemary grilled chicken, and honey balsamic vinaigrette
- fresh rolls and homemade focaccia
- steak braciole style with tri tip steak, melted provolone, prosciutto and pizziaolo sauce over asparagus risotto
- ricotta cheesecake with dark chocolate ganache
